Wrong Size / Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection or change of mind
- You must place a new order for a different product or size
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
- Required proof:
- Unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for a free replacement
Lost in Transit
- If your order is lost during shipping, we will issue a refund in the form of store credits
- Store credits can be used immediately to reorder the product
Return / RTO Stock Management
- Returned or undelivered (RTO) items will be stored in our warehouse for 100 days
- Reshipment can be requested by paying ₹20 + GST + shipping charges
- After 100 days, unclaimed items will be discarded
