Return & Exchange Policy - Armora

We want you to love what you wear. Please read this policy carefully before requesting returns or exchanges.


Wrong Size / Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection or change of mind
  • You must place a new order for a different product or size

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery
  • Required proof:
    • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue
    • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for a free replacement

Lost in Transit

  • If your order is lost during shipping, we will issue a refund in the form of store credits
  • Store credits can be used immediately to reorder the product

Return / RTO Stock Management

  • Returned or undelivered (RTO) items will be stored in our warehouse for 100 days
  • Reshipment can be requested by paying ₹20 + GST + shipping charges
  • After 100 days, unclaimed items will be discarded
